About Narinder

Narinder Mann is the founder and principal counsel of Pelican Law, recognized by the Law Society of Ontario as a Barrister, Solicitor, and Notary Public. He began his legal career in India practising civil law before immigrating to Canada, where he earned a Paralegal Diploma and became a licensed paralegal in January 2021. He was called to the Ontario Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor in March 2024. He focuses on immigration law, refugee claims, and judicial reviews before the Federal Court of Canada, drawing on his own immigration experience to help clients pursue permanent residency through study, work, or investment. He is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
