About Nakita

Nakita is a partner whose practice centers on criminal defence in the community she serves across Ontario. She works to build trial strategies suited to each client's circumstances and is known for a personable approach to what can be a stressful process for an accused person. She has conducted trials, preliminary hearings, and discoveries in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. Nakita earned her law degree from Osgoode Hall in 2015 and was called to the bar in 2017. Her case experience spans homicide, terrorism, drug and firearms offences, aggravated assault, dangerous offender applications, sexual assault, threats, and breach of court order charges.
