About Nadia

Nadia MacPhee is a partner at Brenton Kean with a bilingual litigation practice in administrative law, civil and commercial litigation, insurance law, personal injury, and torts. She earned a BA in History from the University of New Brunswick in 2001 and an LLB from UNB in 2004, and was a member of UNB's Sopinka Cup and Gale Cup moot teams. She articled at the New Brunswick Court of Appeal in Fredericton and was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 2005, practising in Saint John since completing her articles. She serves on the Law Society of New Brunswick's Discipline and Compensation Committees and speaks frequently on insurance law and civil litigation. Best Lawyers in Canada has listed her in insurance law since 2019.
