About Monika
Monika Kimmel joined Kenneth Pope Law in 2022 and is fully bilingual. She focuses on estate planning, including strategies for structuring and minimizing taxation of inheritances and drafting wills, powers of attorney, and living trusts. She also helps clients who wish to become guardians of incapable adult children or family members with special needs secure the legal authority to manage that person's property and personal care. Monika earned her law degree while living in Moncton, New Brunswick, and was called to the Law Society of New Brunswick in 2019 and the Law Society of Ontario in 2021. In 2020 she was recognized as one of the Most Inspiring Immigrants in Atlantic Canada.
