About Monica

Monica L. Niederle practises residential and commercial real estate, commercial leasing, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, banking and finance, and estate planning at Sully Chapman Beattie LLP. Raised in Edmonton, she was educated at the University of Alberta and began her career at Bennett Jones LLP working on mergers and acquisitions, before moving to commercial real estate work at Gowling WLG in Calgary. She joined Warren Sinclair LLP in Red Deer in 2010 and later served as in-house corporate counsel for Chatters Limited Partnership from 2017 to 2020. Monica regularly presents pro bono legal seminars to community organizations.
