About Michael

Michael is a litigator practising primarily on behalf of insured defendants in civil claims, including municipal liability, product liability, property liability, general tort claims and professional negligence. He advises clients in civil dispute proceedings before the Manitoba courts and in administrative law tribunals, and continues to advise the University of Manitoba's chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada. Michael serves on the board of directors of Resource Assistance for Youth, a Winnipeg nonprofit.
