Michael L. Shell is a commercial litigator and former co-chair of the Toronto commercial litigation group and management committee member of a major national law firm. Over 35 years of practice, he has represented companies and individuals in construction, real estate, employment, insolvency and professional negligence disputes. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Bar Association.
