Michael Kachkar is a criminal defence lawyer based in Toronto who represents individuals facing a wide range of criminal charges, including drug offences, gun charges, assault, sexual assault, murder, theft, fraud, domestic violence, and DUIs. Kachkar was raised in Toronto, moved to the United States, and received a Juris Doctor in New York before returning to Canada to practice law. Kachkar founded M Kay Law and has represented hundreds of clients, successfully arguing cases in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. Kachkar personally handles client calls rather than delegating them to staff.
