Melissa's practice focuses on the evidentiary aspects of complex civil and regulatory litigation, investigations, enforcement proceedings and securities litigation. She works with the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution team on evidence planning, including detailed analyses of documentary evidence, merits assessments and damages analyses. She has significant experience in e-discovery technologies and works extensively with financial institutions and capital market participants.
