Mel is a longtime member of the Lloydminster community who retired from active practice in June 2024. He held an LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan (1987) and was called to the Alberta bar in 1988 and the Saskatchewan bar in 1989. Over more than 30 years he helped clients with commercial and agricultural matters, including real estate, financing, incorporation, business acquisitions, succession planning and estate administration.
