About Terry

Terry Roberts is a founding member of NRHM Law, practising from both the Edmonton and Wainwright offices with extensive experience across civil and criminal litigation, real estate, surface rights, family law, corporate law and agricultural law, including wills and estate planning, divorce settlements, oil and pipeline negotiations, and the purchase and sale of homes and businesses. Terry is a member of the Alberta and Saskatchewan Collaborative Law Group and has appeared before numerous administrative tribunals as well as the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench and the Court of Appeal. He earned his LLB from the University of Alberta in 1971 and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 1972, and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1996. Terry has four grown children.
