Maurice Pellarin is Counsel at Harrison Pensa LLP, a corporate commercial lawyer whose practice spans general business matters, reorganizations, business structures, and shareholder arrangements; commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, subdivisions, and land development for builders; and commercial and institutional financing for major financial institutions. Pellarin previously headed the Income Tax Section of the Bar Admission Course in London, teaching income tax and business law.
