About Maryth
Maryth Yachnin is the Research and Test Case Lawyer at IAVGO Community Legal Clinic, where she focuses on workers' compensation litigation for precarious and migrant injured workers. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2005 and has also worked in private practice in administrative and labour law and at Legal Aid Ontario. She also teaches as a clinical instructor in the University of Toronto Faculty of Law's Advocates for Injured Workers externship.
