About Martin

Martin J. Russell has practised law for over 20 years, focusing on business, wills and estates, and real estate conveyancing. Originally from Ontario, he relocated to Vancouver in 1997 to work at a large firm before moving to the Okanagan in 2002 to open his own private practice. He was actively involved with the Canadian Bar Association, serving as Chairman of the Wills and Estates Okanagan Section for four years and as a member of the CBA-BC Branch Provincial Council, where he was elected to the Executive Council.
