About Mark

Mark Baril founded Clear Title Law and practices real estate, business, and estate law across Southern Alberta. He earned his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law in 2005 and began his career with Stringam Denecky as an associate and later a partner, going on to help establish Stringam LLP before founding Clear Title Law. Mark has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada for Real Estate Law in both 2024 and 2025. His practice includes residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate transactions, business and corporate law for entrepreneurs, and estate planning and succession planning, including for farming families. Before entering law, he studied Business Administration at Lethbridge College and earned a Business Management degree with honours from the University of Lethbridge, and he previously worked as a business analyst supporting entrepreneurs with disabilities. A lifelong Southern Albertan, Mark has lived in Lethbridge, Raymond, and Magrath.
