About Marilyn
Marilyn Shupak has practised personal injury law in Toronto since 1979, focusing on serious injuries and wrongful deaths from motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian accidents, and slip and falls. She earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 1976, was called to the Ontario Bar in 1978, and served as a law clerk to the Chief Justice of the High Court of Ontario. She is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
