About Marie-Anne

Marie-Anne Bédard joined LJT in 2018 and works in the taxation and commercial law team, focusing on corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and estate and post-mortem planning for real estate owners and entrepreneurs. She has taught taxation at the Université de Sherbrooke and speaks regularly for professional and financial organizations. She was admitted to the Chambre des notaires in 2015.
