About Marianne

Marianne Poliquin's practice at Endlex focuses primarily on employment and labour law, along with civil and commercial litigation. In labour law, Poliquin advises and represents mainly employers on workplace matters including labour relations, employment standards, and occupational health and safety, assisting clients both proactively and in contentious matters before administrative tribunals and civil courts. Poliquin also drafts and reviews employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and internal policies, and conducts workplace investigations related to psychological harassment and sexual misconduct, an area in which Poliquin has been accredited by the Barreau du Québec since March 2023. In civil and commercial litigation, including real estate disputes, shareholder conflicts, and civil liability matters, Poliquin is involved at every stage of the process, from strategic assessment through court representation. Poliquin holds a Bachelor of Law and a Certificate in Industrial Relations from Université Laval (2018) and was called to the Quebec Bar in 2019.
