About Marco

Morin is a former lieutenant-colonel in the Canadian Armed Forces who served in the Office of the Judge Advocate General for more than twenty years, and has appeared before the Superior Court, the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, courts martial and the Ontario Superior Court. Since 2006 he has concentrated his practice in private law, with a strong focus on estate litigation, including will contests, mandates of incapacity and disputes between heirs. He is an accredited civil mediator with experience in collective agreement negotiation.
