Business & Corporate LawMarc E. Lefebvre co-founded the firm of Lefebvre & Lefebvre with his brother Ken in 1952, opening their first office above 29 George Street in Brantford. Born in Brantford in 1923, he served overseas as a navigator with the Royal Canadian Air Force during the Second World War before returning home in 1945 to study at the University of Toronto, where he earned his BA in 1948. He and Ken then attended Osgoode Hall, and Marc began practicing law in 1951, going on to focus mainly on estate, real estate, and corporate law over a legal career spanning nearly five decades until his retirement at 75 in 1999. He also served as a Small Claims Court Judge for two decades. Outside the office, Marc was active with the Kiwanis Club, served as a director of the Brantford School of Instrumental Music, and held a private pilot's licence for 25 years. He passed away on July 28, 2009.
