About Mani

Mani Peydayesh practises primarily in family law at OP Lawyers, while continuing to assist clients with wills and refugee matters. Before his legal career, he earned a finance degree from the Haskayne School of Business and worked as a compensation analyst, a background he draws on for legal issues involving finance and accounting. He has broader experience in civil litigation, real estate, immigration, and wills and estates, and has represented clients at the Court of Justice, Court of King's Bench, and Court of Appeal of Alberta, as well as before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and its Appeal Division. He also maintains a family law mediation practice and prioritizes out-of-court settlements where possible. He is fluent in English and Persian.
