About Malvin
Malvin Harding is a Vancouver-area immigration appeals lawyer based in Surrey, British Columbia, with over 33 years of legal practice. He practised law in the UK for 19 years before establishing his Canadian practice in 2009. Harding handles sponsorship appeals, appeals against visa refusals, judicial reviews, appeals against inadmissibility, and refugee appeals for clients across Canada and internationally. In 2022, he received the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Award for services to the Canadian community. He is a member of the Surrey Bar Association and a board member of the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers (CABL BC), and formerly served on the Economic Advisory Commission to the City of Maple.
