Shane Donner represents clients across Alberta, from British Columbia's west coast to the central United States, in commercial, agricultural and industrial matters. He is known for negotiating renewable energy projects on behalf of landowners and has closed large-scale wind and solar deals throughout Alberta and into Saskatchewan. His practice covers financing and secured transactions, renewable energy leasing, commercial, agricultural and residential real estate, corporate structuring for partnerships, joint ventures and not-for-profits, the purchase and sale of businesses, corporate reorganizations and tax, and business transition, wills and estate planning. Shane grew up around the oil and gas industry and describes his approach as breaking complex transactions down into plain language.
