About M.

Ted Key handles insurance-related litigation and has argued cases through appeal at every level of court in Ontario. That work centres on defending motor vehicle tort claims along with product liability, personal injury, municipal liability, and first-party property damage matters, and clients also seek coverage opinions on auto, homeowner, CGL, and professional liability policies. After articling at a large Toronto firm, Ted made partner at a well-known insurance defence boutique before coming to Agro Zaffiro in March 2013. Ted belongs to the Canadian Bar Association's Ontario chapter, Canadian Defence Lawyers, the Hamilton Medical-Legal Society, and the Hamilton Lawyers' Association. A graduate of the University of Toronto with an Honours BA in 1997 and an LL.B. in 2000, Ted was called to the bar in 2002.
