About Luzhi

Luke Fang is the founder of INT Law and is licensed to practise law in both Ontario and China. Before establishing the firm, he worked at one of the largest law firms in China focusing on corporate and commercial law, then extended his career to Canada, contributing to real estate transactions at a downtown Toronto firm. After earning a Master's degree in laws from the University of Toronto, he gained further experience in Canadian corporate governance and finance law at WealthOne Bank of Canada and BMO Capital Markets. He is admitted to the bar in both Ontario and the People's Republic of China, is a notary public in Ontario, and holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C) designation along with fund and securities practitioner qualifications from China.
