About Luc
Luc Alarie has practised law privately since his admission to the Barreau du Québec in 1971, after earning his law degree from the Université de Montréal. His practice covers civil and commercial litigation, administrative law, civil liability, human rights, insurance and labour law, intellectual property, and commercial and contractual matters, including special remedies such as injunctions and class actions. Alarie served as a municipal councillor and sat as a municipal judge in the Montérégie region for 35 years. He also advises commercial companies and non-profit organizations and is an accredited arbitrator with the Institut de médiation et d'arbitrage du Québec.
