About Daphné

Daphné Lemaire focuses her practice on corporate and transactional law. Originally from Drummondville, she is a graduate of Université Laval's law faculty and was admitted to the bar in 2022, having joined Bernier Beaudry during her articling in 2022 and continued with the team since. Lemaire assists businesses and individuals with corporate reorganizations, business purchases and sales, financing, incorporations, and shareholder agreements.
