About Lindsey

Lindsey Boulter runs a general civil litigation practice with a particular focus on construction, employment, real estate, and commercial disputes. He appears regularly before all levels of court in Alberta and has also represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Federal Court of Canada. His trial and appellate work includes Martin v Kubes (2021 ABQB 479) and Stross v Trend Hunter Inc. (2020 FC 201, upheld on appeal at 2021 FC 955). He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Arts, with Honours, from York University. Outside of law, he is a former NCAA varsity athlete and alumnus of the Ontario Provincial Junior 'A' Hockey League, and he enjoys flyfishing, camping, hiking, and urban beekeeping.
