About Lindsay

Lindsay Anderson is a gaming and payments lawyer at Segev LLP, specializing in high-risk merchant processing deals and regulatory strategy for online gaming operators. She drafts and negotiates processing agreements for merchants and service providers, advising on commercial structures involving fiat currency, crypto, and card solutions across North America, Mexico, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Lindsay also assists gaming operators entering Canada's regulated market, including AGCO iGaming supplier licence applications. Before joining Segev, she worked at a gaming-focused boutique firm handling payments matters for Latin American clients, spent five years in capital markets starting on a trading desk, and worked three years at a large Canadian bank drafting SaaS contracts and overseeing contract governance.
