About Linda

Linda Yang practises realization and insolvency law from Fulton & Company's Vancouver office, representing institutional and private lenders in foreclosure proceedings with courtroom experience in mortgage enforcement, debt collection, bankruptcy, and insolvency matters. She completed a legal fellowship with International Justice Mission and holds certificates in international and comparative business law from Bucerius Law School in Germany and in public international law from Queen's University. She serves on the boards of International Justice Mission Canada and New Hope Community Services Society.
