About Lauren

Lauren E. Trueman is a partner at Wilbur & Trueman Law Offices with a general practice covering real estate transactions, estate planning and estate management, municipal law, corporate law and transactions, and non-contested family law. Originally from Aulac, New Brunswick, she began at the firm as a summer student in 2016 and completed her articles there after graduating from the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law in 2019 and being called to the New Brunswick bar in June 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Psychology from Mount Allison University and received several awards during law school, including the Marie La Forest Scholarship and the John Teed Prize in Civil Procedure. She has volunteered with Moncton Headstart, the Greater Moncton YMCA, and the Greater Moncton Women's branch of the Canadian Progress Club.
