About Lanny

Lanny James is a lawyer and the founder of James Legal, a solo practice in Kelowna. He earned an LL.B. from the University of Alberta in 2007 and an MBA from the same university in 2006, and he is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Kelowna Bar Association. He has practised in B.C. for almost a decade, following earlier experience in Alberta, and has over 15 years of experience in real property, real estate, and business law. His work spans residential and commercial real estate, strata property matters for developers, builders, and homeowners, corporate and company law, and estate planning. He has represented clients both in negotiated resolutions and, when needed, through the courts.
