Paul Elliott is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick Law School and was called to the bar in June 1998. His corporate commercial practice covers incorporations, business purchases and sales, real estate development, and commercial leasing, and he has litigated construction, estate, property, and employment disputes before all three levels of New Brunswick courts and the Federal Court of Canada. He received a King's Counsel designation in December 2023 and serves as Vice-Chair of Alcool New Brunswick Liquor and Cannabis NB.
