About Kodikara

Kodikara Saliya Perera trained at the University of Colombo in Sri Lanka and completed postgraduate studies at Tokiwa University in Japan. Before joining Hadley & Davis he practised criminal law for six years and served ten years as a magistrate and district judge. He practises immigration, family, criminal, real estate, and wills and estates law.
