About Kirk

Kirk is a partner in the litigation practice group, advising insured clients on civil claims including product liability, subrogation and general liability concerns for businesses and public authorities. He also supports the firm's insolvency practice, conducting debt enforcement and foreclosure claims for bank and credit union clients against retail and commercial debtors. Kirk serves on the board of the Manitoba Rowing Association.
