About Kingsley

Kingsley Nnamdi Ogbaegbe is the founder and principal of Iconic Law in Calgary. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, with more than three decades of experience spanning litigation, legal education, law reform, and corporate governance. His credentials include a Ph.D. in corporate governance law, an LL.M. in international arbitration and civil litigation, an LL.B., and a Certificate of Qualification. Before founding Iconic Law, he was a legal consultant to corporate organizations and articled with a Canadian law firm with more than 50 years of history. His practice covers criminal defence, civil litigation, immigration law, family law, corporate and commercial law, contract review, and regulatory compliance. He is also a member of the Calgary Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Nigerian Bar Association, and has mentored more than 50 law graduates, articling students, and junior lawyers.
