About Kimberly

Kimberly Soul has practised family law since her call to the Manitoba Bar in 2009 and trained in collaborative family law in 2011. She is an active member of Collaborative Practice Manitoba. Her practice covers separation and divorce, custody, the breakdown of common-law relationships, support issues, cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements, consent court orders, and uncontested divorces, with an emphasis on resolving matters cooperatively rather than through court. She also offers the One Day Divorce process, a fixed-fee collaborative program run jointly with another family lawyer, aimed at resolving separations in a single-day meeting. All of her meetings are held by Zoom or telephone.
