About Kelsey

Kelsey is an associate in Fillmore Riley's litigation practice, focusing on insurance law, advising insured commercial parties, municipalities, educational institutions and insurance companies on claims, coverage disputes and subrogation matters. She has experience in professional regulation and disciplinary matters, and works in support of the firm's labour and employment practice, with a developing privacy law practice covering data breach and regulatory compliance advice. Kelsey has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and Manitoba, and before the Manitoba Labour Board.
