About Katie

Katie Gaboury is a partner and family lawyer practicing in Toronto. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, graduating at the top of her class, and holds an honours BA from Wilfrid Laurier University with distinction. She articled at the firm before being called to the Ontario bar. Her practice touches on every area of family law, including separation, divorce, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, and dividing complex property. She often works with clients to negotiate cohabitation, marriage, and separation agreements rather than proceeding straight to court, though she also appears regularly before the family courts in Toronto and the GTA.
