About Kathy

Kathy Ceroni is a founding partner of Morin Charnetski Ceroni LLP with over 25 years of experience representing studios, broadcasters, networks, platforms, content creators, and producers on development, production, financing, licensing, distribution, and merchandising for live action, animated, interactive, and live event content. She previously served as legal and production counsel at a major Canadian television producer and as Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at an international children's animation distributor, and has been a board member of the Burlington Performing Arts Centre and Women in Film and Television Toronto. She holds an undergraduate degree from McGill University and a law degree from the University of Western Ontario.
