Ceroni is a graduate of McGill University and the University of Western Ontario law school and was also called to the Ontario Bar in 1998. Together the three bring more than 60 years of combined in-house and private practice experience to the firm.
The practice covers the full range of entertainment and media work: development and rights acquisition, financing and international co-production, production and post-production matters including talent employment and music licensing, distribution and broadcast agreements, licensing and merchandising, corporate matters, and representation of creators and artists.
