Kathryn Whitehead
Kathryn is a founding partner of Ain Whitehead LLP, with a practice focused on real estate and wills and estates. Her real estate work emphasizes private mortgage lending and mortgage enforcement, and her estate practice covers wills, powers of attorney, complex estate planning and estate administration. She obtained her Bachelor of Human Kinetics and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor and serves as the Central East Regional Lawyer Bencher for the Law Society of Ontario.
