About Kathryn
Kathryn O'Hare is the founder of O'Hare Law, a wills and estates practice in Toronto. She earned her law degree from the University of Kent in 2014 and began her career practising in London, England, before returning to Canada and establishing her own practice. She focuses on wills, powers of attorney, trusts, and estate administration for individuals and families across the GTA, working directly with each client rather than delegating to a paralegal or associate. She offers fixed-fee billing where possible and meets clients in person, by video, or by phone, including home visits where needed. Kathryn is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Toronto Lawyers' Association, an associate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Canadian Bar Association's Wills, Estates and Trusts Law Section.
