About Katherine
Katherine Stasiak has more than a decade of experience in family law. Stasiak was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019, having previously practiced family law as a solicitor in Queensland, Australia. After returning to Ontario, Stasiak joined a mid-sized firm serving clients throughout the GTA and Simcoe County before moving to Morgan and Phillips LLP as a family law associate. Court appearances include the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice in Toronto, York, Durham, Simcoe, Peel, and Halton regions, with trials conducted in several of these jurisdictions. Katherine handles matters from mediation through negotiation and trial, and is known for strong courtroom advocacy paired with thoughtful negotiation outside it.
