Katerina Svozilkova
Katerina is an associate with experience as duty counsel and a sole practitioner, and she's become highly skilled in International Child Abduction matters, litigating them at the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. She studied law at the University of Toronto and was called to the bar in 2015, and also holds a BSc (Hons) in psychology and an MRes in health and applied social sciences. She's trained in mediation and collaborative practice and sits on the Dispute Resolution Officer panel at the Superior Court of Justice in Milton and Hamilton.
