Kate Henderson founded Henderson & Co. in 2000 after leaving Gowlings, focusing her practice on entertainment, advertising, media, and trademark law. She advises musicians, artists, designers, filmmakers, and advertising agencies, and later completed an LLM at Osgoode Hall Law School. She was called to the Ontario bar in 1996.
