About Kara

Kara Duncan co-founded Duncan Allen Law with Laura Allen in April 2014, building a cooperative, family-focused law firm serving Vancouver Island. She and her co-founder are alumni of the University of Victoria. The firm's approach favours collaborative solutions over adversarial litigation, serving families across central Vancouver Island, from Duncan to Campbell River, with offices in Nanaimo and Qualicum Beach.
