About Kamal

Kamal Elmahdi maintains a broad solicitor's practice helping businesses and individuals with corporate and commercial law, including business transactions, structuring and contract drafting, as well as real estate matters. He also advises on privacy compliance, online intellectual property and other internet technology issues. Kamal earned his JD from the University of Alberta in 2022 and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2023. He volunteers with Pro Bono Law Alberta's Civil Claims Duty Counsel project and, during law school, served as Treasurer for Law Students for Human Rights. Outside the office, he enjoys powerlifting, following financial markets and cheering on the Oilers.
