About Justin

Justin Winch practises commercial litigation, defamation, injury and insurance law, and wills and estates. He has appeared on matters before the Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal of Ontario, representing both individuals and businesses. He completed his B.A. (Hons.) at Western University in 2003 and his LL.B. at Queen's University Law School in 2006, where he received course prizes in labour law and wills and estate planning. He was called to the bar in 2007 after articling with a Greater Toronto Area firm, and later worked as a partner at a mid-size Toronto firm before joining Reeves Richarz. Outside the office, he coaches his children's soccer and baseball teams.
