About Julien

Julien Ouellet practises civil and commercial litigation across contract law, real estate, environmental law, insurance, franchise law, civil and professional liability, shareholder disputes, estate law and trademark law. Before joining LJT's litigation team in 2023, he practised for nearly seven years at another established firm, and he is the author of a 2025 legal treatise on passing-off actions in Canada published by Wilson & Lafleur.
